These Terms of Service govern the use of the ReIntellex website and the automation and training services we provide. By ordering a service you agree to these terms and to the specific service contract we sign with you.

How every engagement works: for each automation or training we first send you a written offer and a service contract. Only after you accept and the contract is in place do we begin work, and we issue an invoice for the agreed amount. Catalog prices are transparent starting points; the final scope and price are always fixed in your contract before anything is built.

1. Our services

  • Ready-made automations - prebuilt workflows from our catalog, configured for your tools.
  • Custom automations - workflows designed around your specific process.
  • AI training - live, hands-on sessions for your team in English or Latvian.

2. Orders, contracts and invoicing

Every order follows the same path: request, written offer, signed service contract, delivery, invoice. The service contract sets out the exact scope, price, timeline and responsibilities. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.

3. Delivery

Ready-made automations are typically live within 24 hours of a confirmed order; custom builds follow the timeline agreed in your contract. Delivery depends on you giving us timely access to the relevant tools and information.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and the access needed to set up your automation.
  • Ensure you are entitled to connect the tools and data involved.
  • Use the services lawfully and in line with the contract.

5. Intellectual property

Reusable components and know-how remain ours. You receive the right to use the delivered automation within your business as set out in your contract.

6. Liability

We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the Latvian courts.

Šie lietošanas noteikumi regulē ReIntellex mājaslapas un mūsu sniegto automatizācijas un apmācību pakalpojumu izmantošanu. Pasūtot pakalpojumu, jūs piekrītat šiem noteikumiem un konkrētajam pakalpojuma līgumam, ko ar jums parakstām.

Kā notiek katrs darbs: katrai automatizācijai vai apmācībai mēs vispirms nosūtām rakstisku piedāvājumu un pakalpojuma līgumu. Tikai pēc tam, kad piekrītat un līgums ir spēkā, mēs sākam darbu un izrakstām rēķinu par saskaņoto summu. Kataloga cenas ir caurspīdīgi sākumpunkti; galīgais apjoms un cena vienmēr tiek fiksēti līgumā pirms jebkādas būvniecības.

1. Mūsu pakalpojumi

  • Gatavas automatizācijas - iepriekš uzbūvētas darbplūsmas no mūsu kataloga, konfigurētas jūsu rīkiem.
  • Pielāgotas automatizācijas - darbplūsmas, veidotas ap jūsu konkrēto procesu.
  • MI apmācības - tiešraides, praktiskas nodarbības jūsu komandai latviski vai angliski.

2. Pasūtījumi, līgumi un rēķini

Katrs pasūtījums iet vienu ceļu: pieprasījums, rakstisks piedāvājums, parakstīts pakalpojuma līgums, piegāde, rēķins. Pakalpojuma līgums nosaka precīzu apjomu, cenu, termiņu un pienākumus. Apmaksas nosacījumi ir norādīti katrā rēķinā.

3. Piegāde

Gatavas automatizācijas parasti ir gatavas 24 stundu laikā pēc apstiprināta pasūtījuma; pielāgoti risinājumi seko līgumā saskaņotajam termiņam. Piegāde ir atkarīga no tā, vai laikus sniedzat mums piekļuvi attiecīgajiem rīkiem un informācijai.

4. Jūsu pienākumi

  • Sniegt precīzu informāciju un piekļuvi, kas nepieciešama automatizācijas uzstādīšanai.
  • Nodrošināt, ka esat tiesīgs savienot iesaistītos rīkus un datus.
  • Izmantot pakalpojumus likumīgi un saskaņā ar līgumu.

5. Intelektuālais īpašums

Atkārtoti izmantojamie komponenti un zināšanas paliek mūsu īpašumā. Jūs saņemat tiesības izmantot piegādāto automatizāciju sava biznesa ietvaros, kā noteikts līgumā.

6. Atbildība

Mēs sniedzam savus pakalpojumus ar profesionālu rūpību. Ciktāl to atļauj likums, mūsu atbildība ir ierobežota līdz attiecīgā pakalpojuma vērtībai, un mēs neatbildam par netiešiem vai izrietošiem zaudējumiem. Nekas neierobežo atbildību, ko nevar ierobežot ar likumu.

7. Piemērojamie tiesību akti

Šos noteikumus regulē Latvijas Republikas likumi, un strīdi ir pakļauti Latvijas tiesām.
